•   Do I need to setup an account to shop online?

Absolutely not.  Shopping and checking out does not require setting up an account.  However, creating an account does allow you to enjoy faster checkout the next time you shop with Conquest Distributors.

 

•   How do I setup a Business Account for my company?

Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and click on the checkout button.  Enter your Business Name in the company field along with your Business Address and check the box next to Save this information for next time.  Done! 

•   How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog or search key words to find what you need.  From the product page, click on "Add To Cart" followed by "Checkout" from the shopping cart page.  Login or enter your contact & payment information to complete the order process.

 

•   How do I add a Business PO (Purchase Order) Number to my order?

Before checking out, on your Shopping cart page, click on "Add Order Notes"  below the order subtotal and enter your reference PO Number in the text field that appears.  Your PO number will then remain referenced with the order and corresponding invoice.

 

•   Do you have a Minimum Order value?

No.  There is no minimum dollar amount requirement for placing orders online.  

 

•   Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely!  We offer free shipping within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) on all orders over $300 (before tax).  Orders under $300 (before tax) within the GTA ship for $24.95 (flat rate).   Contact us today to confirm estimated shipping rates for orders shipping outside of the GTA.

 

•   Is ordering from your website secure?

Absolutely! Online, we use the latest SSL Encryption Technology to protect all your information.  Look for the padlock in the address bar of your browser to confirm you’re on a secure (encrypted) page.  Offline, we house your data on secure servers that are only accessible by authorized staff.

Maintain this high level of security by never sharing your login credentials and by remembering to sign out of your Conquest Distributors account if working on a shared computer.

•   When will my order ship?

If you place your order during business hours (Monday to Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time) your order will ship out the next day.  Estimated delivery times for typical orders to most locations is about 2 to 3 business days but will vary based on the size, weight, shipping location, and material type of your order.  

 

•   Can I choose how my order ships?

In most cases, the most optimal shipping method will be applied to your order automatically taking into account factors including the size, weight, shipping location, and material type of your order.  In some cases, you may be given the option to choose expedited shipping with an applicable surcharge.

 

•   How can I track my order?

In most cases, tracking information for your order is available upon request through our carrier and logistics partners.  Call or email us with your order number to request your tracking information (if applicable).

 

•   Can I have orders drop-shipped to my customers?

Absolutely! Orders will ship with a Conquest Distributors packing list unless otherwise instructed.  Simply enter the drop ship address as the shipping address when placing your order.

 

•   Can I pickup my order from your location?

No.  Our office address is not a warehouse or pickup depot.  In order to offer customers the highest value and most efficient service, we aim to ship out all orders the same or next business day.  While our business model prevents us from offering customers the option to pickup orders, the savings & efficiency we can offer instead is our saving grace!

•   What types of payment do you accept?

We appreciate your business and accept the following types of payment:

   - Conquest Distributors Account (Net 30 Payment Terms - Credit Application Required)

   - Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal

   - Cheques, Bank Drafts , Money Orders and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Email us to request electronic transfer banking information.

We do not accept C.O.D. or prepaid credit card payments at this time.

 

•   How do I set up an account for Net 30 payment terms?

Registered Canadian businesses with valid banking and trade references may qualify for Net 30 payment terms.  To apply, simply fill out and email us your Credit Application.  Once approved simply select "Bill Me (Net 30 Account)" from the payment options on your order checkout page.

 

•   What is your payment address?

Company checques, Money Orders and Bank Drafts can be mailed to: Conquest Distributors, PO BOX 62045, RPO Victoria Terrace, North York, ON M4A 2W1.

•   What is your return policy?

Our 15 Day Hassle-Free Guarantee: Return any stock item for any reason within 15 days for a hassle-free refund (except for custom products or Items listed as "Non-Returnable / Final Sale").  

Please contact us before returning any merchandise.  If Conquest Distributors or the manufacturer is deemed at fault, we'll issue you an authorized return shipping label and cover the return shipping cost.  Otherwise customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Call 1-866-376-8690 or email us to request a Return Authorization Number & Return Shipping Instructions for your order.  A Customer Care Associate will provide you with your RA Number along with all applicable return shipping instructions.

Important: DO NOT SHIP any merchandise for return to our head office location.  It will be refused.  Return Authorization Numbers are required for all returns so CONTACT US FIRST before sending anything back to get your Return Authorization Number & Return Shipping Instructions.

  •   What is your Privacy Policy?

Conquest Distributors is committed to the privacy of our clients and customers. This Privacy Policy applies to all information gathered through our websites and associates.

Information we gather includes contact names, e-mail addresses, shipping and billing addresses, credit card account holder names, account numbers and expiration date, visitor IP addresses, browsing histories and order activities.

Conquest Distributors gathers and stores this information in order to processing orders, improving site performance & functionality, and for marketing purposes.  Users may also occasionally receive offers from authorized partners or be served relevant ads on third-party sites.

If you would like to opt out of partner marketing or update / remove personal information, please contact us.  To opt out of email promotions, simply use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional email received.  You will still continue to receive non-promotional correspondences.
