Overview

3M Tartan 8934 Filament Tape is a clear, glass-yarn reinforced tape designed for light-duty strapping, bundling, carton reinforcing and related packaging applications.

Its polypropylene film backing is reinforced with glass yarn to provide high tensile strength, while the synthetic rubber-resin adhesive provides good adhesion to common packaging materials including fiberboard, plastics and metal surfaces. The clear construction allows carton printing, graphics and labels to remain visible beneath the tape.

The narrow 12 mm width provides controlled application for smaller bundles and reinforcing requirements. Each roll measures 12 mm x 55 m and is supplied 72 rolls per case.
